Fostering Workplace Well-being: A Cornerstone of Culture and Success

The health and well-being of individuals within an organisation plays a huge part in its culture, its success and its sustainability. Health and well-being are both influenced by factors within and outside of an individual’s workplace but their effects are inextricably linked.

Emotional Well-being and Health: The Choices That Shape Our Lives

How well you feel at any moment in time is largely an emotional decision. Well-being has many facets but of particular importance are the concepts of social connectedness and community, having a sense of purpose, being aware of and able to manage stress, having faith or belief, and having optimism for the future. Health on the other hand reflects the ability to do the things you want or need to do without impairment, pain or disability. Health-span is the period of one’s life-span that is spent in good health and is dependent upon the ways in which we live our lives and the daily choices we make or habits we have formed.

To raise awareness of the impact of lifestyle and environment on health, wellbeing and longevity.

To improve understanding of the many lifestyle tools and how / when to use them.

To provide individual analysis / planning for individuals based on their specific work and lifestyle factors.

To build community and make healthy living the common bond.

We can tailor our sessions to suit you and your business.

Lunch time (45-60min); introduction to the 5 Pillars. 5 interactive classroom style sessions to delve deeper into the 5 pillars. What the scientific evidence suggests? Practical tips for making changes.

Half Day Workshop (3-4hrs); a more comprehensive session that will also include practical elements related to movement and exercise, cold water immersion (ice baths), breathwork and food / nutrition, alongside a Q&A session. We would suggest 2 x ½ day sessions to adequately cover all 5 pillars and allow sufficient time for practical sessions.

Full Day Workshop – as above; bringing your team together for a whole day.

Individual needs analysis with online survey and/or physical assessment; can be stand-alone or as follow-up from the group sessions. This allows your employees to become aware of their specific strengths and weaknesses related to lifestyle and environment. We can then provide suggestions of where the biggest gains for health and well-being will come from.
